August 24th: Wicks Lake Litter Cleanup

  • Wicks Lake Port Orchard United States (map)

Katie has been volunteering with NWH for a few months and we now have the pleasure of helping her lead a cleanup. This will be just the second cleanup that our Director has not personally led. Hopefully this is the start of a growing movement where we clean up our environment, create relationships with people living unsheltered, and engage with more and more community members in our outreach.

Come join us for a couple hours of fun, dirty work to leave our environment a little cleaner and share a little dignity and humanity with our neighbors!

To join us, sign up here!

If you aren’t able to join us, please consider donating to help feed our volunteers lunch :) Select the “Special Projects - Environmental Hospitality Food Fund” to tag your donation. Any excess donations will be used to feed volunteers at future events.
