Northwest Hospitality combats local poverty by getting essential resources to the people who need them, and empowering the community to be a vital part of improving lives.

Thanks to king_animation for the great video!

Our kits provide a small snack, hygiene & health essentials, and a list of local resources. They are distributed manually by volunteers throughout the community to anybody in need.
Goal & Values

NWH has one primary goal: thoughtfully serve people in need in the Pacific Northwest. As we realize this goal, we strive to help people help themselves and each other, while being 100% transparent about our operation, encouraging as much community participation as possible.

A Sincere Note

NWH proudly acknowledges that many of the people our products and services aim to benefit are in their current situation for many unfortunate reasons. From people just down on their luck to those affected by health conditions and disorders, addictions and criminal histories, our mission deliberately excludes any form of judgement. We are here to serve our neighbors - every last one. We are not, however, blind to the challenges that these issues can create. Our program attempts to avoid enabling behaviors that negatively affect those we are trying to help. To this end, we are looking into hospitality cards that will restrict alcohol and tobacco purchases. This is in no way intended to be mean spirited; we hope that by establishing such policies, our neighbors can be better served and our donors can feel more confident in the help they are able to provide.
